• Duplicate listings for the same property
• Properties that don't exist or aren't available
• Listings that violate local laws or regulations
• Content that is offensive, illegal, or harmful

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
• Scrape or collect user data without permission

6. Communications

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The quality, safety, or legality of properties listed
• The conduct or reliability of other users
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

We are a platform connecting users - we are not a party to any rental agreements and do not guarantee transactions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlatLink shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from interactions with other users
• Issues with properties listed on the platform

You agree to conduct your own due diligence before entering any rental arrangement.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlatLink, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
